Are your items ready stock?

Many items are Singapore ready stock. Please check the product page or contact us if you need help confirming availability before ordering.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are dispatched within 2 working days after payment confirmation. Singapore courier delivery usually takes a further 1–2 business days after dispatch. Dispatch time is not delivery time. Standard delivery within Singapore is free with no minimum spend. International Standard costs S$20 per package for supported destinations available at checkout, with estimated arrival about 2 weeks after dispatch. Tracking is provided. Can I ask for help before buying?

Yes. Message us if you need help choosing a wig style, colour or length, or finding wig care essentials.

Can I return or exchange my order?

Eligible returns and exchanges must be requested within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging, with tags where applicable. Wigs and hair accessories must be unopened and unused unless defective, damaged or incorrect. Sale/clearance items are excluded unless defective, damaged or incorrect. What if I receive a wrong or damaged item?

Contact us within 48 hours with your order number and clear photos so we can help.

Choosing and caring for your wig

How do I measure my head for a wig?

Use a flexible measuring tape around your head at the hairline, above the ears and around the back of your head. Keep it snug without pulling tight. Compare the measurement with the cap-fit range on the specific product page; adjustable straps do not guarantee every wig will fit every head size.

Can I use a straightener or curling iron on my wig?

Only use heat when a safe temperature is explicitly confirmed on that specific wig’s product page. Follow its stated limit; do not assume all synthetic wigs have the same heat tolerance. Do not dye or chemically perm the wig.

How do I wash and detangle a synthetic wig?

Check the product’s care instructions first. Gently detangle from the ends upwards without pulling, avoid rubbing or wringing, and allow the wig to air-dry. Contact us before washing if the instructions for your selected style are unclear.

How do I choose between short, medium and long wigs?

Start with the look and length you prefer, then compare the stated centimetre measurements, fringe and product photos. Collection labels are a browsing guide; check the individual product’s length, cap fit and care details before ordering. Explore our short wigs, medium wigs and long wigs.

Are these wigs made from human hair?

The products labelled “synthetic wig” are made from synthetic fibre, not human hair. Check the material listed on the individual product page rather than assuming every item in the store uses the same fibre.

Do you deliver outside Singapore?

International Standard costs S$20 per package for supported destinations available at checkout, with estimated arrival about 2 weeks after dispatch. Tracking is provided. Free Standard delivery within Singapore is available with any one item and no minimum spend. Dispatch and delivery are separate stages; see our Shipping Policy for timing.
