Shipping policy

Standard delivery within Singapore is free with no minimum spend. International Standard costs S$20 per package for supported destinations available at checkout, with estimated arrival about 2 weeks after dispatch. Tracking is provided. Orders are dispatched within 2 working days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing on the next working day. Singapore courier delivery usually takes a further 1–2 business days after dispatch. Dispatch time is separate from delivery time. See our full Shipping Policy for details.

When tracking is available, tracking details will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, public holidays, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address. Please contact admin@littlehippo.shop as soon as possible if an address needs to be corrected. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has been processed or shipped.

If a parcel arrives damaged, is incorrect, or appears to be lost in transit, contact admin@littlehippo.shop with your order number so we can investigate.
